1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and LinkAI Star Tech Limited. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing from, or using any LinkAi game or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use our games or services. If you use our services on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be old enough to use our services under the laws of your country or region. If you are under the age of majority, you may use our services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Some games may be suitable for broad audiences and may display age rating information on App Store, Google Play, or inside the game. Age ratings are informational and do not replace parental review, platform family controls, or legal consent requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
Some LinkAi games may allow or require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You are responsible for activity under your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law.
You may request account deletion by following the instructions in our Privacy Policy. Deleting an account may permanently remove game progress, virtual items, and access to account-linked features, subject to purchase restoration and legal retention requirements.
4. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use our games for your own entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app store terms.
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our games, software, artwork, characters, designs, animations, sounds, music, text, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property. You do not receive ownership of any game, account, virtual item, or content.
5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Our games may offer paid content, including one-time purchases, consumable items, non-consumable items, subscriptions, virtual currency, boosts, unlocks, or other digital benefits. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable platform.
- Consumable items may be used once or depleted during gameplay and may not be restorable after use.
- Non-consumable items may unlock durable features or content for the relevant account or platform, subject to technical and store limitations.
- Virtual items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the game unless we expressly allow it.
- Prices, availability, and descriptions may vary by region, currency, platform, promotions, and tax rules.
All billing, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are subject to the rules of the platform through which you made the purchase. We may assist with purchase support, but Apple or Google generally controls payment processing and refund decisions for their stores.
6. Subscriptions
Some games may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription benefits, duration, renewal price, trial availability, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase in the applicable app store purchase flow.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline set by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the app or deleting a game account may not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel through the platform account that purchased it.
- If a free trial or promotional period is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription where platform rules allow.
- Subscription features may change over time, but we will not materially reduce paid benefits during an active paid period without appropriate notice or remedy where required.
7. Rules of Use
You agree not to misuse our services. In particular, you must not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from our games except where allowed by law.
- Use cheats, bots, unauthorized scripts, exploits, automation, modified clients, or other tools that interfere with normal gameplay or service operation.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, servers, data, or purchases without authorization.
- Interfere with security, payment validation, analytics, advertising, purchase restoration, or anti-fraud features.
- Use our services for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or commercially exploitative purposes.
- Transfer, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit accounts, virtual items, entitlements, or game access unless we expressly authorize it.
Our current game design does not include public chat, comments, multiplayer social interaction, or user-generated content uploads. If a future service adds interactive features, additional rules may apply.
8. Updates, Availability, and Changes
We may update, patch, balance, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of our games and services. Updates may be required to continue using online features, purchases, or account services.
We try to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, platform changes, security issues, network conditions, store requirements, legal requirements, or events outside our control.
9. Privacy and Data
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described there, including account data, game data, purchase validation data, analytics, advertising data, crash reports, and support communications.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we select providers to support legitimate game operation, measurement, advertising, security, and platform compliance purposes.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our games and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or platform version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkAI Star Tech Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual items, or service access. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, misused purchases, interfered with service operation, or violated platform rules or law.
Upon termination, your license to use the services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, purchases already completed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute terms, and legal compliance provisions.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
